Alfonso Codes is Managing Partner at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, and also a partner in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, and is also a State Attorney currently on professional leave of absence. 

He has extensive professional experience across all areas involving public administrations, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.

Throughout his career, he has held senior positions within Spain’s General State Administration, including as Secretary-General for Technical Services at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and the Environment. He is also the author of numerous articles and publications and delivers lectures and speaks at prestigious institutions such as Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE, the Higher Institute of Law and Economics, and the Ministry of Justice Centre of Legal Studies.
