Users can contact the Spanish Court of Arbitration by using the contact form made available on the Website. The data supplied shall be processed solely to attend to the specific enquiry and for contact with the user. The lawful basis for the processing of these data is user consent. The data retention period for this purpose shall be one year, unless other time periods are applicable.

Exercise of rights

Whatever the means used to make your request, it must state the right you wish to exercise and you must duly identify yourself by attaching a photocopy of your Spanish national identity document (Documento Nacional de Identidad) or a similar document that proves your identity.
