Vocal Silvia Iranzo Nosotros / BIO Silvia Iranzo holds a degree and a PhD in economics and business. She is a State Trade Specialist and Economist. A graduate of the Bank of Spain management programme at IESE Business School, she holds the IC-A Diploma of Good Corporate Governance for Professional Directors. She is a lecturer in economics at the University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF) and the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB), an independent director of the listed company Indra Sistemas and an independent director of the Official Credit Institute (Instituto de Crédito Oficial). Silvia is a member of the governing board of the Institute of Board Members and Directors (IC-A) and a member of the editorial board of the Economistas magazine (Economists’ Association of Madrid). She has served as Secretary of State for Trade, Spanish Ambassador to Belgium, Chair of ICEX, Chair of Invest in Spain, Banco de España’s Head of Country Risk, and an independent director of the listed company Tecnocom, as well as a director of Banco Exterior UK, CESCE and Telefónica Internacional, among others.
