Vocal Lucas Osorio Nosotros / BIO Lucas Osorio is a founding partner of MO Estudio Legal.He has built his career in both the public and private sectors and, prior to establishing his firm, he was a partner in Hogan Lovells’ Corporate/M&A practice and served for seven years as Managing Partner of its Spain office.He has served as Chief State Attorney in various ministries; as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Cintra until its merger with Ferrovial; and as a member of the board of directors and/or board secretary of numerous companies in Spain and abroad. He is currently Secretary of the Board of Directors of Metrovacesa, President of the Spanish Issuers Association, and a member of the CNMV Advisory Committee. In addition, his work also extends to arbitration, where he has acted as an arbitrator for more than 30 years in a wide range of proceedings and jurisdictions.
