Vocal Marina Serrano Nosotros / BIO Marina Serrano is the President of the Association of Electricity Companies (aelēc).She has been a member of the State Attorneys Corps since 1982 and is currently on professional leave of absence. She is also Vice President of the CEOE Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of OMEL, and serves as Of Counsel at PwC.Serrano has an extensive track record in the regulation of the energy sector. She served as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Red Eléctrica de España (REE). In 1995 she joined the National Energy Commission (CNE), first as Secretary of the Board and Director of Legal Services, and was later appointed as a Commissioner of the CNE. She has also served as First Vice President of ARIAE, the Association of Ibero-American Energy Regulators; as Director General of State Assets at the Ministry of Finance; as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A.; and as Of Counsel at the law firm Pérez-Llorca.
